TLA/Pond View Officials Could Have Day in Superior Court

TLA/Pond View Regional Vice President Jack Walsh said the Dexter Road facility won't be halting operations anytime soon - though the Department of Environmental Agency (DEM) intends to suspend their license by Jan. 4 if the business does not comply with city ordinances.
According to a report by EastBayRI.com, Walsh says he expects the matter will be resolved in Superior Court, where an unbiased judge will make a judgement in his company's favor.
