TLA/Pond View has closed, according to reports from The Providence Journal.
A Superior Court judge gave permission Tuesday to stop operations at the East Providence facility that employed a remaining 15 employees.
According to DEM, the company didn't have the resources to deal with the construction debris it had accumulated, which officials ordered removed by Sept. 24, reads the report.
