You've seen them as you've driven along Warren Avenue. Maybe you waved. Or maybe you honked. Or, maybe you gave a one-finger salute. From a school bus.

The wavers have seen it all. They're a big part of the business at Liberty Tax, East Providence franchise owner Paul Pliakas says. Mostly students from , they work after school. And when it's really cold, Pliakas gives them hand and feet warmers.
