Exeter Woman Charged With Fighting/Tumultuous Behavior: Cops

EXETER, RI — An Exeter woman was charged with fighting/tumultuous behavior, police said.

Tarah Berghorn, 42, was arrested shortly after 8:390 p.m. Oct. 20, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.

Berghorn was arrested by troopers "responding to a verbal altercation" at a residence onSouth County Trail in Exeter and conducting a "follow-up investigation" at her Pine View Lane home, the release said.

Berghorn was processed at the Hope Valley Barracks and taken to Fourth Division District Court for arraignment, according to the release.
