Town Of Foster: Covered Bridge Weight Limit Imposed

The RI Department of Transportaton is notifying the Town of Foster that a new weight restriction will be implemented on Bridge 085901 which carries Central Pike over Hemlock Brook. The new weight restriction is based on a recent structural analysis and will be as follows:

RIDOT will replace the  two existing weight limit signs at the bridge and the two advance warning signs as shown on map below .
