If approved, consultants will work with Jamestown schools, firefighters, and local doctors to shape how rural healthcare is delivered here for years to come.
   

• SK police say investigation into hospital bomb threat call remains open (independentri.com) — Jamestown officers were among 75 police who rushed to South County Hospital Monday after a caller claimed bombs were planted and threatened gun violence, forcing a lockdown and patient diversions. No explosives or shooter were found, the hospital later reopened, and South Kingstown police say the investigation into the out-of-area phone threat remains active.
