• RITPA issues travel restrictions on bridges (wpri.com) — Travel across the Jamestown Verrazzano, Newport Pell, and Mt. Hope bridges is restricted for high-profile vehicles due to stormy conditions, which could significantly affect Jamestown residents' plans. Box trucks, trailers, and RVs are currently prohibited, and motorists turned away will be helped to safely turn around. Residents should plan alternate routes and stay alert for updates.
