8th Annual Friends of the Poor Walk

Take a Step towards ending poverty. Join the Society of St. Vincent de Paul’s Diocesan Council of Providence for the Eighth Annual Friends of the Poor Walk on Sunday, September 27th at Garden City Shopping Center in Cranston, RI. Registration begins at 10:00 a.m. One hundred percent of walk donations will be used for individuals and families in need in our community. Last year the Society provided over 120,000 families with close to $1,000,000 in direct aid. Come out and join us for the Walk, which will include a food drive, clothing drive, and an afternoon of free family fun.
