ASRI Annual Butterfly Count

The Audubon Society of Rhode Island (ASRI) is scheduled to hold its annual Rhode Island Butterfly Count on Saturday, July 7, 2012 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at several of its refuge locations including Powder Mill Ledges in Smithfield.

Audubon naturalists will lead teams of butterfly enthusiasts into the field to identify and record butterflies. No experience needed.

Event fee is $6 for members and $8 for nonmembers.
