The Johnston Historical Society is scheduled to hold its general meeting on October 24, 2012 at 7 p.m. at The Little Inn on Putnam Pike.
This month's speaker will be Dr. Gary Hylander, professor of History at Stonehill College. His topic will be the Fiftieth Anniversary of the Cuban Missile Crisis. The Society's business meeting will follow this presentation back at the Museum Barn. (Note: This meeting is scheduled a week early avoid a conflict with Halloween).
