
Join the folks at the Johnston Senior Center every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning at 9:00 a.m. and Walk Away the Pounds! This popular exercise program at the Center is one that members have remained faithful to for a long time.
The tri-weekly event features Leslie Sansone’s indoor walking program. The JSC's Wellness Center television and a pair of comfortable walking shoes is all you will need to start walking - 1, 2, 3, or more miles.
There is no fancy equipment or complicated steps involved. Just Leslie's video as she leads you on a total-body conditioning walk. This program is safe for all ages and fitness levels, doesn’t place stress on your joints and ligaments, and is very convenient for almost anyone's schedule and lifestyle.
