Walk for Farm Animals 2011

Farm Sanctuary will hold its Annual Walk for Farm Animals fund-raising and outreach event on Saturday, September 17, 2011 at Johnston Memorial Park, Johnston.  Check-in begins at 9 a.m.  The Walk begins at 10 a.m. with a "celebration" scheduled to begin at 11 a.m.

The Walk will be held rain or shine. Dogs are not permitted to participate. The event will feature music, food, and raffle prizes, after the Walk.  The Walk route can be found here; (total distance is two miles or six laps.)

Entertainment will be provided by Tijuana Bibles.

Early registration for adults is $15.  Teens can register for $5; Children under 12 can participate for free.  Day-of event registration for adults is $35.
