I-295 Traffic: Lanes Reopen, Delays Persist
There is still a serious buildup on the highway as of 2 p.m.
JOHNSTON, RI — The ramp from Route 6 West to I-295 has been reopened hours after a truck rolled over Monday morning. Traffic was at a standstill even at 2 p.m., as the rollover shut down the interstate near the exit to one lane and rerouted some traffic.
