Tri-Town Offers Medicare Enrollment Help to Seniors
Open enrollment started Oct. 15, 2015.

Medicare open enrollment started Oct. 15, and Tri-Town Community Action Agency is offering free assistance to seniors to compare their options under Medicare Part D and the Advantage plan.
“Navigating Medicare can be intimidating for senior citizens, particularly with the changes in plans and costs that are made every year,” said Tri-Town CEO Joseph DeSantis. “Our goal at Tri-Town is to ensure that every senior gets the support to find the right information and make the choice that’s best for them.”
Tri-Town’s Senior Health Insurance Program [SHIP] counselors will be available to review clients’ options on Medicare.gov and “provide unbiased information about the plan that bests suits each individual,” DeSantis explained.
