Warwick Man Charged With DUI: Cops
The Warwick man was pulled over in Johnston, police said.
JOHNSTON, RI — A Warwick man was charged with driving under the influence, police said.
Michelle Spremulli, 28, was pulled over and arrested shortly after 3:15 a.m. Friday on Interstate 295 in Johnston, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
Spremulli was also charged with refusal to submit to a chemical test, according to the release.

Spremulli was processed at state police headquarters and "released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future Third Division District Court date," the release said.
