A woman was hurt, but not seriously, after she drove an SUV through a guardrail and down an embankment in Johnston Monday night.

Police said the driver suffered a panic attack and suffered minor injuries after the crash.

The incident occurred on Atwood Avenue near PetSmart and the victim was transported to the hospital for minor injuries.

Crews used a crane to lift the SUV out of the brush and onto flat ground.
