LINCOLN, RI — A 1990s alternative rock band that celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2024 is playing Rhode Island.
Collective Soul is performing Friday at Bally's Lincoln Casino Resort.
"Since launching a major label career in 1994, Collective Soul has charted a path that most rock bands dream of, but only few achieve," according to the band's website.
"They cut through a noisy 1990s rock scene with a knack for stick-to-you-like-glue melodies, roof-shaking guitars, and a touch of Southern grit," the site said of the band that formed in Georgia.
The all-ages show starts at 8 p.m. with doors opening at 7 p.m.
