3 Arrested As A 'Result Of A road Rage Incident' In Lincoln: Cops

LINCOLN, RI — A "road rage incident" in Lincoln led to the arrests of two men and a woman, police said.

Jyesenia Ohagan, 22, Johnny Crespo, 24, and Allen Marks, 35, all were arrested about 2:40 p.m. Thursday and charged with throwing articles at moving vehicles, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.

Marks was also charged disorderly conduct, according to the release.

The arrests were the "result of a road rage incident on Route 146," the release said.

Ohagan, a resident of Providence, was " arraigned/presented as a probation violator by the Justice of the Peace, and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institutions Woman's Intake Service Center," according to the release.

Crespo, also of Providence, was "processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned/presented as a probation violator by the Justice of the Peace, and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institutions Men's Intake Service Center," the release said.

Marks, a resident of Woonsocket, was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by a justice of the peace and released with a court date, according to police.
