MA Man Charged With Stealing Chip From Lincoln Casino Blackjack Table: Cops
The Amherst man was arrested by the Gaming Enforcement Unit, police said.
LINCOLN, RI — A Massachusetts man was charged with stealing a $1,000 chip from a Bally's Lincoln Casino blackjack table, police said.
Kaheem Campbell, 29, was arrested shortly after 1:30 p.m. Thursday by the Rhode Island State Police Gaming Enforcement Unit, the state police said in a media release.
Campbell was charged with larceny of under $1,500, according to the release.

"The arrest was the result of a Gaming Enforcement Unit investigation on July 21 ... of the larceny of (a) $1,000 value casino cheque at a blackjack table at Bally's Twin River Lincoln Casino Resort and securing an arrest warrant," the release said.
"Mr. Campbell was located on casino property and placed under arrest without incident," according to the release.

"Mr. Campbell was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and transported to Third District Court for an arraignment," the release said.
Campbell was released on $10,000 personal recognizance bail, according to the release.
