The accident happened Saturday night on East Main Road near Aquidneck Avenue. One person went to Newport Hospital by rescue.
MIDDLETOWN, RI — An accident was reported Saturday night in Middletown. According to the fire department, one person was injured and went to Newport Hospital by rescue. The accident happened around 9 p.m. on East Main Road near Aquidneck Avenue. Patch has called the Newport and Middletown fire departments and Middletown police for additional information. Police said the accident is still under investigation and no further information is being released.
