Oakland Forest & Meadow Preserve, Carriage Drive, Portsmouth
The Aquidneck Land Trust (ALT) presents Dick Lynn, artist and Environmental Advocate to display and discuss his interactive sculpture on Thursday, October 3 from 5:00 to 6:30 pm in Oakland Forest & Meadow Preserve on Carriage Drive in Portsmouth. The art project is about fracking for natural gas, and Mr. Lynn will talk about the role of artists as activists.

Mr. Lynn’s background includes working in the music industry in New York City, producing public television on a national level, designing and building furniture, and most recently creating sculpture that often delivers environmental messages.
