Confused About Middletown Trash Pickup This Week?

In an effort to limit the delays in trash and recycling collection, Middletown will be collecting Thursday’s and Friday’s routes on Saturday, Feb 7, 2015.

This Monday’s snow fall, compacted with delays from last week’s blizzard, forced the town to delay collection two days; Saturday’s double collection will eliminate any impact on next week’s collection.

This week’s schedule will be as follows:
Monday’s trash and recycling will be collected on Wednesday
Tuesday’s trash and recycling will be collected on Thursday
Wednesday’s trash and recycling will be collected on Friday
Thursday’s trash and recycling will be collected on Saturday
Friday’s trash and recycling will also be collected on Saturday, February 7th

Next week’s schedule:
No delay

“Thank you for your patience as we work with Republic Services to collect your trash and recycling,” said Will Cronin, Middletown’s recycling coordinator, in a release.
