Early Bird Recycling Alert: Saturday Collection Starts One Hour Early
Will Cronin, the Town's recycling coordinator, says the trucks will go out an hour early to pick up trash and recycling.
MIDDLETOWN, RI — Trash and recycling trucks will start collection about an hour earlier than normal to get a jump on Saturday’s predicted snow. This week’s collection was delayed one day due to Monday’s New Years Holiday.
Please keep trash and recycling carts off the roadway while DPW crews continue to clear snow from the roadway.
Christmas trees will be collected next week on your regular collection day, please be sure they are not covered in snow and free of any decoration and not in plastic bags.
