MIDDLETOWN, RI – Voters approved all the ballot questions.

Here are the results of the Town Council race. The top seven candidates won. They are Paul M. Rodrigues: 4,016 votes, 13 percent; M. Theresa Santos: 3,889 votes, 12.6 percent; Robert J. Sylvia: 3,786 votes, 12.2 percent; Barbara A. VonVillas: 3,569, 11.5 percent; Henry F. Lombardi, Jr. 3,507, 11.3 percent; Antone C. Viveiros: 3,384 votes, 10.9 percent, and Dennis B. Turano: 3,262 votes, 10.5 percent.

Losing out were Olin D. Gambrell, Sr. 2,783, 9 percent and Daniel P. Titus: 2,556, 8.3 percent. There were 229 write-in votes cast.

For the two school committee seats, the winners are Kellie Elizabeth DiPalma, with 3,846 votes (42.4 percent) and William R. O'Connell, with 2,819 votes (31 percent).
