WHO: Boys & Girls under age of 15, grades 1–8
ALL SKILL LEVELS ARE WELCOME
WHEN: Practice at MOT Football Complex
Monday & Wednesday, 6-7:30pm
Games on Sunday afternoons
Season – March 1 – May
FEES: Boys $110, $25 pads, $25 helmet
Girls $80
$10 discount for each additional child
Checks payable to MYLC (Middletown Youth Lacrosse Club)
Retainer Fee: $25 per family
