NewportFILM, a new organization bringing film and filmmakers to the area, will screen "No Impact Man" 7pm on Wednesday, July 28, 2010 at Sweet Berry Farm. The rain date is Thursday, July 29.
The screening will take place on Sweet Berry's wide-open orchard field with picnic style seating.
The event is free to the public, but tickets are limited and attendees must register for tickets at newportFILM website.
The documentary follows New Yorker Colin Beavan and his family as they attempt to minimize their environmental footprint by living off the grid in the middle of New York City.

The audience is invited to stay after the film for discussion with Beavan and his family.
No Impact Man is not rated.
The screening is among the first in a year-round slate of events and screenings planned by newportFILM with a build-up toward a film festival in the summer 2011.
