The United Congregational Church's WEB (Women Empowered and Blessed) is holding a High Tea in the Manchester Room. Tea will be served with scones, clotted cream, sandwiches, and pasteries. Florence Archambault will be giving a talk on Victorian Periodicles. All women are invited to attend.
