Gaudet Learning Academy Danced the Night Away
Parents and children danced the evening away at this first ever getting-to-know-you event at the Gaudet Learning Academy.
What do you get when you mix comfy pajamas, pizza slices, great music and terrific friends? You get the first ever grade four family social at the Gaudet Learning Academy.
Over 200 moms, dads, grandparents, teachers, 4th graders and their siblings came out in force on a rainy Friday night to enjoy a meal together and dance the evening away.
This pajama party was sponsored and coordinated by the Gaudet PTG "Ladies in Blue" who started the evening with a 4-Seasons Getting To Know You Bingo icebreaker. And break the ice it did.

In no time, this family friendly event turned into a giant Conga Line to hits from the '80s, the best ever Chicken Dance and this writer's personal favorite - the Cupid Shuffle! By the time the evening was over, no one was quite sure who would sleep better - the kids or the adults!
