Middletown Islander Football defeats Burriville Broncos 58-7.

The Islanders football team ran for over 400 yards and scored eight touchdowns versus Burriville on Friday night.

Randy Butler ran for 175 yards in ten carries.  Butler scored on runs of fifty, fifty-two and ten yards. 

Connor Russ had two touchdown runs of forty nine and nine yards.  Preston ferreira Kicked five extra points and Justin Sellar ran for two, two point conversions.

Cody Cruz scored fromforty-seven yards out and Ygor Maipira scored on a three yard run.  J.D. Bailey had a fabulous eighty five yard punt return to put the Islanders up twenty-one to nothing with only nine minutes gone in the game.

Mitchell Sullivan, Marcus Plummer and Quinn Garvey excelled on defense for the Islanders.
