New Resident's Trouble with Neighbors Ends with Arrest

MIDDLETOWN, RI—Christianne J. Ross, 26, of Middletown, was charged with Domestic Disorderly Conduct on Monday at 11:20 p.m. According to the police report, she was upset with another resident at Lucy's Hearth. The other resident, a 31-year-old Middletown woman, had dropped a set of keys from the second floor. Ross and her son were walking up the stairs, and the keys struck her son's head. An argument started, and the two women carried the dispute into the front lobby. Other residents called police. After looking at the video of the front lobby, officers decided to press the misdemeanor Domestic Disorderly Conduct charge.
