School Bus Fight: Middletown High Teens Charged

Two girls were charged with disorderly conduct after fighting on the school bus.

MIDDLETOWN, RI—Two girls were charged with disorderly conduct on Sept. 21 at 2:10 p.m. after they allegedly were fighting on the school bus. One teen is 16, and the other is 15. Their names are not being released because they are juveniles. Both are Middletown residents and attend Middletown High.

The bus driver called police and said the two started fighting while she was driving. One girl threw a beverage bottle at the other, and they had to be separated.

Police took them to the station where they were released to a parent.
