Today: Aquidneck Book Fair and Family Reading Night, Norman Bird Sanctuary Benefit Dinner

1. Family Reading Night for Aquidneck School families will be held at 5:30 p.m. 
2. The Chamber of Commerce's Women in Business Brown Bag Luncheon, an informal networking get-together for women, happens from 12 to 1:30 p.m. 
3. At 6 p.m. celebrate with the Ancient Order of Hibernians to toast their Hibernian of the Year in Newport.
4. The Fluke Wine Bar and Kitchen in Newport tonight is the site of a special fundraiser and three-course dinner to benefit the Norman Bird Sanctuary to enrich its environmental education programs.
5. Today at 6 p.m., the Middletown Public Schools Budget Committee will hold a workshop at 6 p.m., prior to the regularly scheduled School Committee meeting at 7 p.m.
