Prescott Farm is a colonial restoration historic site located at 2009 West Main Road in Middletown, Rhode Island. Admission is free and open to the public, thanks to the generosity of the Newport Restoration Foundation. Visit the Master Gardeners' teaching herb garden and colonial vegetable garden while you are waiting for your soil test results. Please refer to the newportorganization.org website for soil testing directions.

Join your family, friends, and neighbors at the open mic at the Narragansett Café in Jamestown on Wednesday, May 20, from 7 to 9:15 pm. Enjoy live music, storytelling, standup comedy, poetry, dramatic readings, and anything else creative in a welcoming and comfortable space. 
Each performer has the stage from five to seven minutes. Signup is at 6:30. Performers can preregister at&nbsp;WedsLiveGanny@gmail.com. 
The event is free and open to the public. The food is great and so are the drinks. Non-alcoholic beverages are available.
