"07-07-07 Amorita's Unlucky Day" Schedules a Rare Showing, Thanks to Costa Sunglasses

07-07-07 Amorita’s Unlucky Day, the 60min. documentary about one of North America’s most iconic yachts – her history, her devastating accident, and her rebirth, has partnered with Costa Sunglasses to present a benefit screening of the film in Newport RI on September 11th.

This award winning film has shown only once in Newport, and had its theatrical premier as part of the prestigious Palm Beach International Film Festival. Since that time it has only been screened as part of a limited number of special events. This is a rare opportunity to see this film on the big screen. (info. and preview: www.NY30.org)

This will be the first stop of a new Blue Water film series, sponsored by Costa Sunglasses, also featuring Bluefin on the Line, the story of “tuna alley” off the Florida keys, the home of grand Bluefin tuna fishing tournaments during the heyday of Hemingway and Sinatra, and one man’s quest to revive an island, a sport, and a legacy.
