2 Assaults On Police Officers, 5 Arrested At Once: Newport Police Log

NEWPORT, RI — The following people were arrested by Newport police between Sept. 7 and Sept. 10.

Names of those arrested or the town they reside in were only omitted when not provided by police.

Sept. 7

12:30 p.m. — Anthony Lopez Rios, 33, of Newport, was charged with two bench warrants out of Second District Court.

5:30 p.m. — Christina Duclos, 43, was charged with domestic disorderly conduct.

9:27 p.m. — Christina Duclos, 43, was charged with domestic vandalism/malicious injury to property.

Sept. 10

1 a.m. — Rachael Oink, 41, of Barrington, was charged with two counts of simple assault or battery, resisting legal or illegal arrest, obstructing an officer in the execution of duty, and disorderly conduct.

1 a.m. — Robert Nash, 30, of Marshfield, Massachusetts, was charged with obstructing an officer in the execution of duty, assault of police officers and other official resisting legal or illegal arrest, disorderly conduct, and simple assault or battery.

1 a.m. — David Oink, 44, of Barrington, was charged with disorderly conduct.

1 a.m. — Olivia Costello, 20, of Milton, Massachusetts, was charged with resisting legal or illegal arrest, obstructing an officer in the execution of duty, disorderly conduct, and simple assault or battery.

1 a.m. — Alexandria Flaherty, 31, of Marshfield, Massachusetts, was charged with assault of police officers and other officials, simple assault or battery, resisting legal or illegal arrest, obstructing an officer in the execution of duty, and disorderly conduct.

2:35 a.m. — James Macko, 18, of Florham Park, New Jersey, was charged with possession/drinking of alcohol by a minor.

12:35 p.m. — Kylie Swain, 28, of South Weymouth, Massachusetts, was charged with simple assault or battery and disorderly conduct.
