3 Totally Unique Workouts to Try in the Next 24 Hours

Take your pick, Aquidneck Island! You can begin to Burn, Build, or Blend your way into that lean surfer's physique; with 3 of our 4 SURFSET Fitness class types offered within the next 24 hours alone!
Our Burn session with Sabrina starts at 5pm today, where class takers are reporting they're burning 800-1,000 calories within a 45-session! 
Tomorrow morning at 9:30, join Alessandra for our popular Build session, which makes use of aids like resistance bands and body bars in conjunction with the fascinatingly unstable platform of the "RipSurfer X" board to yield an amazing strength-training session. 
And tomorrow (Thursday) at noon, Sabrina is back for our special lunchtime Blend session, which features aspects of the other 3 class types combined with an emphasis on the iconic surfer moves like the pop up and the duck dive. 
So challenge yourself, try something completely different to shake up your workout, and we promise you'll be shocked at what an amazing workout you can achieve while having FUN playing on these highly entertaining boards.
Newcomers: it's fine to begin with any of these sessions, though our Balance sessions are the most beginner-friendly of all. We offer Balance classes Saturday at 7am, Sunday at 4:30pm (a donation class), and Tuesday at 7am.
