All Aboard! Halloween Train Coming To Newport

NEWPORT, RI — All aboard for a spooky, good time! The Halloween Spooky Train, sponsored by the Newport Police Department, is arriving just in time to celebrate the season. As of Tuesday afternoon, all spots were claimed, the department said.

Spots are limited for the Oct. 29 event, and preregistration is required. There will be two trips: one from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. and the second from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Proper face coverings will be required for all riders, and children are invited to wear their costume.

The train will leave from 19 America's Cup Boulevard. Becvause space is limited, the department asked that no more than two adults attend per family.
