Bay State Man Charged With Drinking in Public, Police Say
An 18-year-old Watertown, Mass., man was arrested Sunday morning near the corner of Spring Street and Narragansett Avenue.
NEWPORT, RI -- Daniel Farrar, 18, of Watertown, Mass., was arrested Sunday at 12:03 a.m. at the corner of Spring Street and Narragansett Avenue.
He is being charged with drinking in public, police said.
