Car Off Bridge on Newport's Ocean Drive
A car blew through a guard rail on the way to the Green Bridge near Price's Neck.
NEWPORT, RI — A big tow truck and a fire engine stood guard at the Green Bridge on Tuesday night after a blue car went into the water. The windshield was shattered, but no one was seriously injured. The car ended up in shallow water. Patch is calling the fire department for comment and will update this story when information is available.
