Children Workshop: Frogs & Friends at Ballard Park

Ballard Park has a one acre vernal pond that is home to a variety of frogs and other amphibians. As they investigate the vernal pond, children will learn about the adaptations amphibians have to help them survive, like absorbing water through their skin so they don’t have to drink! The class is best suited for children 7 to 12 years old; $5 per student. Rain date is the following Monday. Pre-registration is required.
