NEWPORT, RI — The dog walkers, the beach walkers, the surfers, seagulls and the dippers shared a good time at Easton's Beach where waves sent spray into the air so with the fog, the sky looked like gauze. It was burning off by mid-afternoon. The rip current warnings are still in effect.
