is part vintage, part couture, and all glamour. The small shop is bursting with hats, shoes, clothing, jewelry, bags and every other accessory imaginable. Some pieces have storied histories dating all the way back to the 1920s, while others are fashion's next big thing.

Shana Gaines, owner of Vintage to Vogue, brings 5th Avenue to Thames Street. She carries designers like Louis Vuitton, Marc Jacobs, Gucci and countless others, often for a fraction of the price. She has also been featured several times as an appraiser on “The Antiques Road Show.”

Gaines said while many people who come to the store think she only carries vintage items, they are not her only business. She said she is constantly bringing in new merchandise, some old and some new, and often once an item leaves a store, nothing like it will ever grace the shelves again.
