Spring is here, and we will soon be seeing Cottontail Rabits. Join Education Coordinator, Rachel Holbert, for an in-depth look at the natural history of rabbits - wild and domesticated.
During this one-hour program, you will learn about the importance of proper care for rabbits as pets, rabbits in the wild, including the endangered New England Cottontail, and you will have a chance to meet one of our own animal ambassador rabbits up-close. A bunny craft will be included in this program.
Whether you are learning more before committing to a rabbit as a pet, or looking for information on the wildlife in your backyard, this program is sure to please.
