In this class we'll learn to make simple flowers and fondant figurines to decorate fabulous artisan cupcakes like you see in gourmet magazines and are all the rage for special celebrations! Chef Karen will share her recipe for delicious Italian Meringue Butter Cream icing and more. Each student will take 4 decorated cupcakes home!
