Fluke Wine Bar & Kitchen Fundraiser to Benefit Norman Bird Sanctuary

For the 5^th year, Fluke Wine Bar & Kitchen has created a special menu to benefit the Norman Bird Sanctuary. Patrons dining at the restaurant are invited to participate by ordering from a sumptuous 3-course menu.

White Bean or Lentil Soup

Frisee Salad with Roasted Beets, Blood Oranges and Toasted Hazelnuts

Duck & Foie Gras Wontons with Spiced Mango

Choice of Entrée:

Pork Ragu with Orecchiette

Pan Roasted Monkfish with Escarole, Chickpeas, Black Olive Tapenade

Wild Mushroom Risotto

Pan Seared Scallops with Celery Root, Guanciale, Pumpkin Seed Pesto and Piquillo Pepper Gastrique

Goat Cheesecake with Candied Kumquats

Hazelnut Banana Tart with Salted Caramel

For $50 (plus tax, tip & beverages) you can support your local restaurant while supporting the Norman Bird Sanctuary, a 325 acre refuge in Middletown, RI recognized for land conservation and quality environmental education programs for all ages. Fluke will donate half ($25) of each order to NBS.
