FREE HOSPITALITY JOB SKILLS TRAINING - INFO SESSION-TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 22, 9:30am-11:30am (MUST ATTEND THE FULL TWO HOUR SESSION). 

Newport Public Library, 300 Spring Street, Newport, Program Room

NEWPORT SKILLS ALLIANCE, Newport, RI is offering a free HOSPITALITY Job Skills Training beginning January 2012.

6 weeks of work readiness/soft skills training including math and reading
Job tours, site visits and panel discussions
Resume & interviewing preparation
Monday-Friday, 9am-3pm

REQUIREMENTS:
Reading at or above 8th grade level and Math at or above 4th grade level
Rhode Island resident
Must be 18 years old or older
Mandatory attendance at the following information session (the full two hours):

Certificates obtained after training:
ServSafe Food Handlers
ServSafe Alcohol
First Impressions: Exceptional Customer Service
Third Impressions: Exceptional Customer Service
Hospitality: 3rd Language
