"Among the Wild Chimpanzees: Sketching at Gombe National Park" is the final lecture of the Newport Art Museum's 84th Annual Winter Lecture Series. Join artist and scientific illustrator Lucia de Leiris on a colorful armchair journey in search of the wild chimpanzees of Gombe national Park in Tanzania.
The series is sponsored by Ronald Lee Fleming II, Anita and George Furbish, The Hope Foundation, Felicia Fund, Inc. and Cynthia and Robert Sinclair. Lecture will begin at 2 pm in the Museum's John Griswold House and will be followed by a reception.
