Newport Restaurant Week: Newport Cooks! Cooking Class

Two classes are offered:
Wednesday, 3/31: Immerse yourself in the culinary riches of Italy’s gastronomically rich regions of Bologna, Emilia and Romagna region in this lively hands-on cooking class taught by Private Chefs Sophia Pendergast and Miles Chandler.
Thursday, 3/31: In this informative class Private Chef Amit Anand will share his expert knowledge of the delightful spice mixes of his native Northern India and one of his favorite Indian foods – the kabob. Chef Anand promises to share tons of tips & tricks to making Indian cooking fun and easy. Newport Wine Cellars will pair beers to compliment each dish.
