St. Michael's Country Day School Health and Wellness Committee FREE Lecture on Healthy Eating and Growing

All are invited to this FREE and interactive lecture by Clean Food Coach, Jeannette Bessinger and Nikki Vazquez, Master Gardener!

Get ready to be inspired for your spring planting and cooking as Nikki shows us how to creatively grow edibles, even in your patio containers!  Jeannette will then show us how to use these edibles in interesting and delicious recipes, sure to delight you and your family while sticking to a healthy and nutritious theme.
