Opening session of 9-month series for women who want to become economically self-sufficient and prosperous through entrepreneurship. Each participant will finish the series with a business plan ready for implementation.
- Second Tuesday of the month, from 09.13.11 through 05.08.12, from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m.
- First session at the MLK Center, remaining sessions at People's Credit Union in Middletown
- Light dinner provided at all sessions.

The Strong Woman Series is funded by The Miss Swinburne Fund of the the Rhode Island Foundation, People's Credit Union in collaboration with the Center for Women & Enterprise, Newport Hospital, Newport Public Library and Salve Regina University.
